Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, please call (269) 567-7675 at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours 50% of the service fee and 20% gratuity will be billed.

Please note, if a guest cancels/no shows three times, we will require 50% of the services payment upfront to rebook.
